ATM merges with Linetex Computers Ltd

A new improved IT Support services company was created on the 11th May 2007 when Linetex Computers Limited and ATM Technology Management came together as a result of the acquisition of ATM by SiRViS IT plc, the parent company of Linetex Computers Ltd. SiRViS IT plc is listed in the London Stock Exchange as an AIM company.

The merger will, at a stroke, create :

a very much bigger business
with an increase in capability
increased skills
much improved service delivery to our customers

Linetex is a Microsoft Gold Partner and has been in business for over 20 years specialising in the UK Nationwide Support and maintenance of computer hardware and systems.

Linetex are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner offering Network Infrastructure and OEM Hardware Solutions

Moreover, the range of products and services of the business of Linetex and of ATM is complimentary which will be invaluable to the enlarged company. In effect the combined business will comprise approximately 200 staff with over 100 technical staff, thus becoming now a much larger player in the marketplace, enabling the new business to deliver services more efficiently to all of our current and future customers.

The overall aim is to create a stronger and much more capable business with greater operational and technical depth from which we would be delighted to continue or to become one of your key service and support partners.
