It is absolutely critical that servers have backup devices and also suitable backup software to efficiently and effectively replicate your valuable data and applications.

In the event of a server failure a backup is the only way to recover information. Many customers have old backup devices that are slow and unreliable or do not always have the capacity to backup the total amount of data and programs stored on the server. This means that in the event of a systems failure only limited data is recoverable. This is a time bomb ready to go off, as many clients do not check their backups and don 't realise the strategic importance of having them.
