A typical onsite Kiosk Healthcheck would consist of:
- Full cleaning of the outside of the kiosk (including the screen and keyboard)
- Removal of dust from the inside of the kiosk to prevent overheating
- A wiring check to identify and resolve any issues
- Test and calibration of the touch screen (where applicable)
- A complete diagnostic test of the pc
- A written report on the kiosk, it's location and any issues arising
