IT Partner
IT Partner is a time-based proactive contract where Linetex act as your IT Manager. Managed by your own IT Partner Manager, it provides you with a wide range of skill sets, often releasing a key employee to concentrate on their key role. The Linetex IT Partner Manager will visit you to understand your IT needs and to carry out a health-check. If problems are found, advice will be given in order for them to be resolved. The IT Partner Manager will typically be involved in the following areas:
- Network and server optimisation checking
- Internet security
- Backup strategy
- Virus protection
- Administration and access control
Warranty
Linetex warranty support packages are offered for Dell, IBM, Compaq/HP servers and PCs. Manufacturer's warranty does not provide software reinstallation, only a hardware fix. Linetex will provide you with data restoration wherever reasonably possible. Certain items fitted after manufacture are also often excluded from a manufacturer's warranty cover.
Software support
With a robust IT Strategy, IT support issues can be minimal. However, problems do still occur which require immediate access to specialist knowledge. We can provide a tailored Software Support solution to allow you access to this specialist knowledge. Our technical support experts will quickly isolate the problem, to provide a prompt diagnosis of the fault.
