Our IT Partner service provides comprehensive and flexible outsourced IT Management to Customers who can't (or don't want to) afford dedicated IT Support staff of their own.

It's like having a full-time IT Department of your own at a fraction of the cost.

You're in charge

You define the support you want, and get a dedicated IT Partner Manager and Team, which includes IT Helpdesk, Remote and On Site Support for as much of your Company and infrastructure as you need.

How it Works

You decide how much time to pre-purchase for an agreed range of IT Support tasks whenever you need support. If you need help and advice on your existing systems, or are considering developing or upgrading systems we can help here also as part of the service.

What you get for your money

• A dedicated IT Partner Manager
• Access to a Technical Support Team with a wide variety of Technical skills
• An initial Audit to assess and document your IT infrastructure
• A Scope document detailing any recommendations and/or improvements (costed)
• Regular scheduled tasks (performed remotely and/or on site as required)
• Service Reviews at agreed intervals
• Regular Reports at agreed intervals

We will take the time to gain familiarity with your IT Systems and be able to measure their suitability and performance against other similar systems that we are supporting. Thus you get the benefit of a range of knowledge and experience that would not otherwise be available to you.
